Meet Loretta

That calling deepened after navigating personal health challenges and experiencing the loss of a parent in 2021—a season that prompted me to seek care that addressed not only physical symptoms, but emotional and energetic well-being as well. It was during this turning point that I was introduced to homeopathy.

What began as curiosity quickly became part of my family’s wellness journey, especially with my two young children. Through firsthand experience, I witnessed how homeopathy could gently support acute illness, emotional transitions, and overall resilience. The individualized nature of this medicine and its respect for the body’s innate wisdom left a lasting impression and inspired me to explore it more deeply.
I went on to pursue formal education through a full-time program at the Academy of Homeopathy Education, completing over 500 hours of clinical training. This experience affirmed my belief that the body is designed to heal when given the right support and strengthened my commitment to thoughtful, client-centered care grounded in classical homeopathic principles.

At the core of my practice is a desire to truly listen and honor each person’s unique story. Healing is never one-size-fits-all, and I approach each case with curiosity, compassion, and care.

Outside of my work, I am a wife and mother to two sons, and much of our life revolves around family time, sports fields, and hockey rinks. We love traveling, camping, and spending time at the beach. As a woman of faith, I believe God has provided natural remedies through His creation to support healing, and I feel deeply grateful to be guided to this work.

I’ve always felt drawn to holistic ways of living and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal.

Raising boys has taught me more about patience, presence, and unconditional love than anything else.
